Sign the agreement with todays' date so it is effective as of now and in the future, get Genius Scan App (it's the best) and send it in so you get paid. Include a letter that if you do not receive payment within 10 days you are going to file a complaint with BBB and a small claims case against them for collection. Secretary of State does not regulate signing agencies! They are not commissioned by the Secretary of State, you are! The fact is that these SS are nothing more than a small business venture. It's not worth the stink to take it any further for a few old unpaid assignments. Let us all know who they are so we can all put them on our slow pay list. |
