That's overkill for me. I am too busy for all of that. Title is really busy as well, so unless there is a problem, they do not need proof, or want to see that email from you and even corralate it to a closing package which takes away from what they are doing. That's your job to make the drop. 15 years in the biz, I had one not arrive and that was at the store drop box where the driver forgot to empty it on the weekend. They do not want to see that necessarily, and especailly if not required, they may take it as a sign of being too new. jmo
