I agree with Lee. You do not have the authority to cancel anything...it's up to them to reach out and try and fix it or they rescheldule it after you tell them what the borrower tells you.
You tell them what's happening and buyer tells you not to show up, and it's in their court to contact and reschedule you. It's at that time you ask them about adding on the print fee. Only time you can offically cancel is at the closing and it's a "no sign" after calling everyone from the table, and then you close it out to that.
Unfortunately you can get a mark on your profile depending on how you said what. Frown
