VOICE OF EXPERIENCE... I had this, and a visit to court. Your POA that deals with the transfer of real property should be on a "Specific" Power of Attorney for just that transaction. The other way (mine) was where its was "spelled out" in the POA under a provision clause dealing with the property. This was battle of children over surviving parents property.. |
