several other members here are or have been) - I work for an attorney and also have my commission which I paid for myself. IMO I agree with VT - that last fact is irrelevant. I don't know what your relationship is with your boss, but I have a great one with mine and I wouldn't think of charging him to notarize his signature, whether on work-related documents or on personal documents.
