More like, more involvement by L.O.? Could also prove helpful to have documents not needing notarization signed in advance.

I have 2 senior relatives (homeowners) approaching that age, and they're both very alert! I guess I could "practice" with them. One is my uncle whom I've tried to reason with regarding a refi, but it's pointless. The wife of his youth is also on the mortgage (probably only thing keeping her from flying the coup!) and claims he won't budge.
