restraining order/temporary injunction barring the Feds from transporting the ill people to Fairview Hospital in Costa Mesa. I think that hospital has been closed for a while. Used to be a state mental facility. It was deemed last year to be unfit for housing homeless people. So, why they wanted to put ill people there is beyond me.
