Re: Fee for RON closings...what does your state say?

In NH, we are allowed $10 / notarization.

I am asking more about what fees are acceptable from signing service co's. There is no way to know in advance how many notarizations will be required, you accept a fee when taking the order and hope it covers your time and notarizations.

I know one company threw out a fee of $50 for RON closings - stating no printing or travel so reduced fee.

Is this what everyone is seeing for this type of closing? I was thinking thst seemed like a low fee.

Thanks. 🙂
