So they want you to ID the witness and give them an oath? Wow! We don't have to do that in FL for a witness, just an unrelated body over the age of 18. It can be the garbage man driving by, realtor, LO, no ID required either. More complications and regulations going to clog the system and create delays and expenses...I wonder who brainstormed this up and what happened to the result to implement this?
