All suppliers of stamps for CA notaries have to be pre-approved by the SOS. They're assigned a vendor number (similar to a notary's commission) that has to appear on every notary stamp they create. So "state compliant" is a given. (I imagine Kellosh/CA knows that.) Notary Rotary has been an approved vendor for many, many years.
BTW, just curious... how do you know what most notaries use? |
