I looked at the website for his course and he proudly uses the promise of $75-$200 signing if you sign up. Total B.S. He isn't the first to contribute to oversaturation and low fees. Looking back into history there was someone else who promoted a signing agent course even though aware that there was a saturation in the signing agent field and realized it was easier to get rich off the suckers who would sign up for the course.
