Thanks for the replies.

I have a full time job currently, as a project manager for a DoD Contractor. My TIP is more for side business and getting it built up.

Most of the signing agents down where I live, make up of attorneys themselves. There are multiple title companies down this way but real estate is a hot market down here, especially with us being so close to Washington, DC.
