but I have kept up with the industry and I don't understand this - if the borrower has already signed all the other documents online except those that need notarization (which, from your post, I assume is electronic notarization ) - why in the world would you have to go through the entire package with them again? Isn't that title's job? IMO your concern should only be the notarized docs - in and out. If you're reviewing the entire package all over again with them, I hope they're compensating you for a full signing fee - an appropriate FULL signing fee.
