Yep, it's not for everyone for sure, but it's nice to make those local title connections, not stress, deal with late EOM docs and making the drop, and also good to network with other notaries and processors and see how the other side operates. You also get to learn post-closing. If you want direct work, it is an inroad to make it happen throughout the month as well. I love it! It's not always about the money but about connections that pay off throughout the other times as well. totally different ball game than being a mobile notary. The hours are rarely 9 to 5...sometimes you are there until 1 AM+ on year-end - quarter-end calendars for some builders! |
