is it a lender requirement? Sometimes with hard money, it is a lender requirement. If you have it in writing in the lender instructions, then there is your written request. It doesn't go back to RM, it goes to escrow/title and then back to the lender. I'm sure RM could care less about getting it for themselves...... they probably just want to call it to your attention that it is a lender requirement and make sure you send it back with the docs to escrow. just my $.02.....
