have to admit it occurred to me too

To be an IC, nobody tells you how to do the job - they don't dictate the terms - is this "mandate", regardless of state-specific requirements, teeter on the border of making the notary an Employee rather than an IC?

I agree with masking, prevention, curbing the spread - but I think that's what Carolyn may have had in mind - then again, I could be dead wrong about it and, if so, for that I apologize.
