Jeremy lost me long before he sold all top spots across the country to a low ball, slow pay SS out of WA state claiming to be commissioned in every state, which we all know to be false, and he tried to gouge me while I "couldn't pass" his silly-a$$ed notary/SA exam.

Done with double-digit IQ of this misogynistic idiot who knows zilch about what we do in the biz.
