I thought the borrower was going to break down and sob! I felt terrible. Although little over a year since her husband passed, I could see how painful it was for her to be reminded of the trauma of the screw-up.

There is just no excuse for an error like this. The LO originated the previous loan. Borrower is a very timid woman who barely answers the door when the doorbell rings.

Yes, I should receive full payment and I'm making a strong argument for it. This company has had a very high defect rate lately.
