I've made it a practice to tell scheduling that I can take the assignment HOWEVER I need docs no later than night before. Usually, that's adhered to ... happily. A very few make it early, early morning of (i.e. printing today's 5pm right now; received at 5:20am).

The good thing about TC being busy is so are we. The bad thing about TC being busy is sometimes we have to wait.
