Is 12 to 13 closings a day even possible?!
Posted by Eva75Eva on 2/12/21 4:50pm

Just had a borrower tell me today that the notary who did their refi last month was SO busy that she was doing 12 to 13 signings a day! Does anyone believe this? The most I ever did in one day in my 10 years as a signing agent was six, and I was exhausted. There isn't even enough time in the day to do that many closings even if docs were over-nighted to you. My average travel time to each closing here in traffic-ridden Northern Virginia is an hour, each way. Something isn't adding up here.
