Re: Is 12 to 13 closings a day even possible?!

If you're sitting in one location (i.e. tc office) not driving to all the various locations, docs are printed for you and at the ready, signers come to you with everything required (IDs, checks, etc), notary journal entries not required and signers are ready to sign without questions/issues -- and you don't take any lunch/potty breaks -- yeah, you might be able to pull that off.

Wham, bam, thank you ma'am. Wink

They did a refi last month and doing it again now ... a month later??? Did the last one not go through due to notary error(s)???

Personally, I've never done 12-13 signings in one day. I cover a large territory so I limit myself as to how many assignments I'll accept. Sometimes, I drive 2 or more hours one way. If it's in snow country, I may just rent a hotel and spend the night there to avoid night driving hazards. Of course, my fees for that type of signing is considerably higher and hiring entities are fully informed and agree.
