Borrowers are savvy investors. Not their first rodeo. No fax backs. i have three hybrid signings in the am, one refi 40 miles south, then home to rest and get ready for 9 at a sitting in the other direction 20 miles. i have a driver today since I'm getting Pfizer vaccine #2, hitting Home Depot for paint samples for interior of my house. Getting my Samsung Galaxy watch synced at Best Buy and a little gardening. all restful activities.

Tomorrow will be a long day and evening. The day's winnings will take care of the entire house painting DIY project.
