You wrote, "when I reach the part of their "sign on procedure" where they indicate only those with 1 or 2 years of experience, I'll move on to another one" My suggestion William, is that you don't "move on to another one". Everyday, work your way through the SC list of companies with 3 stars or higher, being sure to review the recent comments, if any, and sign up with them whether they require 1 or 2 years experience or not. Also, fill out your listing here with your resume, since most companies won't ask for that.
