Last time I renewed it was a situation where my fingerprints got lost in the shuffle, not sure why but it was at the SOS office.

I did my fingerprints twice! I would advise everyone to do their fingerprints at the class you take in person, be a part of the herd so they can't say they never got them. I was trying to save $$ and it took its toll on my nervous system. The angst caused by this oversight was very traumatic, thinking I would have a lapse in my commissions.
