It's pretty funny that when presented with a passport, about 90% are not even signed and I make them sign it at the closing. (black sharpie only is what is recommended). They travel like that, apparently, border control doesn't care about the signature. It makes sense they don't sign the passport card either. I accept them as a 2nd ID, but live in FL. |
