Re: What Do You Charge For An Estate Planning Package in CA?
Posted by NVLSlady/VA on 6/10/21 5:36pm

Gotta love Calif with All the signatures, including the witnesses!
Our fee here is by the notarization; that is one reason I decided to rethink doing these “packages.”
I am under the opinion that in <some> cases these particular legal docs are best handled under attorney supervision. At least, some authority-issuing organization may consider estate packages- like Real Property packages - an extension of my “signing agent” services. But then I would need to increase my E&O cuz I’m a notary witness.
