Debbie Vladic aka Debbie Barnes has relocated from Aliso Viejo to Ladera Ranch where she lives with her daughter.

Jack Barnes owned a Mortgage Company (Orange County Mortgage Group, now defunct) which is how Debbie got all her signings. Jack is 82 now, but Debbie is still at it. Probably gets work from her daughter who is a RE agent for in Orange County.

How does she stay in business, well, it's now who you know but how well you know them.

As long as notaries don't do their homework and vet these lowlifes, we will have these none payers. The beat goes on!
