I WANT to feel bad for all the new agents that searched for GREAT ways to make money while laid off from their jobs and/or were working from home during the shut-down and thought that an NSA was it!
BUT I don't.
I laugh when I see profiles that are new and list LSS or other signing agent courses.
What they DON'T have is experience! In the field OR business for that matter.
The promise of $100-$200 per signing isn't going to happen.
And your acceptance of less has made our profession one that has not had a "raise" like most services, but a decline recently. (Try telling your plumber, HVAC tech, or mechanic you have "reduced the amount you are paying".
Bottom line is; YES, find something else to fill in the gaps. |
