I agree Janet. I don't rock and roll for $65. The time change to 5pm seems to have been the issue. Then try to get around town during peak travel only made it more difficult to comply with timely scanbacks and timely drop.

I would have kicked it back even if the fee was decent due to logistics. $65 for such an important transaction is pathetic. I had 21 page seller package from a SS for $125 on Monday. I had plenty of time to make FEDEX. No scanbacks required since closing is today.

Jakesha, you should raise you bar if you want to be a success and avoid future calamaties. I don't work for Signing Order or Snapdocs subscribers. The fees are split in too many directions to be a level playing field for most professionals.
