RON package is fewer than 40 pages and takes less than 15 minutes at the most. AMrock did a herculean job of perfecting their RON process. Everything is perfect. The esignatures and estamps are all tagged. Click,click, click. Done. I have not been offered an Amrock paper signing in a long time.
If there was volume, I could do three an hour. But the volume has dropped in 2022. I only have 5 RON's this week. I assume that will continue to drop to fewer than 5 per month. The NSA refi business will be dead by July 4th. There's is no hope for a 3.0% 30-year fixed rate mortgage.
$85 Amrock hybrids and paper closings were a breeze.I never traveled more than 4 miles one way. No credit risk. Weekly automatic payments. Docs were available 7 - 10 days in advance. Easy. Easy. In 2021, my total revenue from Amrock dropped to less than $3,000 from a high of $30,000 years ago.. I should have taken more signing opportunities from Amrock in 2021, but I got lazy and contiiued to be laser focused on GNW. I haven't purchased a case of letter paper in over two years, It is all about profit, the bottom line and quality of life. No evenings, no weekends, no holidays. No traffic. No haggling. No exceptions.
I plan to be swimming at the pool 4 days a week this summer.
