Thank you for the advice but I have been a very successful long established LSA.
I did review the link and right there is the most important detail pertaining to the current loan signing industry.
"Competitive analysis helps you make your business unique."
In other words, if you don't accept an assignment, your competition will.
Of course if you choose to market your general notary work, then the article is a great read.
Some areas cannot remotely expect to survive on that. That demand simply is not there.
