I asked title for a picture showing how the envelope was torn, but they no longer have the envelope. I also asked if FedEx was contacted & if they were rebated the FedEx fee. There has been no response, so maybe they are dropping making me pay the $200... I have not told the LO about this yet, but she loves my work & has always told me that she will go to bat for me if I have a conflict I cannot resolve. And she is their top producer, so they have to listen to her a bit.
