I do perform RON closings and I do still get a few here and there. The market seems to be at a standstill right now . . . so no matter if you do RON, IPEN, Hybrid, or in-person . . . there is just not much going on out there.

I keep praying for the cash outs to start coming . . . but so far not much there either. Way too many closers in the industry (in-house, over-flow, mobile notaries, etc.) for everyone to stay busy during this slow time. We can market market market all we want . . . there's just not much out there right now.
