My advice is to get a good CPA and help you sort through this. Maybe starting an LLC so early in your career wasn't necessary as an IC with little to no closings, but a good taxman will set you up.
Just notarizing 3-4 notarizations won't even be reported to the IRS.
Each state is different, and none of us are able to give you the legal advice you need.
