No doubt, safety first. I don’t get out of my vehicle and hike thru tent cities or camps, except for the ones set up on sidewalks in downtown Denver on both sides of the street and where there is plenty of non-homeless foot traffic. I was actually talking more about the people at street lights — you can tell who the actual homeless are and the ones who use it as a con for money — the ones using cell phones and smoking cigarettes.
I don’t understand the purpose of OP’s post — unless you live under a rock, everyone in every state, and world, for that matter, is aware of the homeless camps in close proximity to their own house or the streets/interstates they drive every day. |
