Consistently 1-star reviews starting 2021. Prior they rated very well. It's pretty sad they can't even keep up with $65.00 closings and still get 1-star ratings. I think they bank their business on newbies that are too shy to ask for their money and still work for 50% below the norm.
Counter? Why bother with deadbeats? Even if they paid you $200.00 a closing, you'd never see it. At some point everyone says no, they fold and go away. jmo
