 Customer ID Verification
Posted by Becky/NC on 12/6/04 6:26pm

Here's one I haven't seen before. I did a closing earlier this evening for a couple whose property is in a trust; had no problems with the documents. BUT I am confused because I have two Customer Identification Verification forms for each borrower. One form lists them as an individual....i.e., John Smith... and I have no problem with filling that out. The other form lists the individual as....John Smith, Trustee....would you fill that out identically to the individual form? The borrowers had no id proving that they were trustees. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
