I have set up both Fedex & UPS online to generate airbills. I usually do all of my airbills for the day, print out 2 copies so I have one to fax back with the confirmaiton & invoice. Both companies will also keep an adress book so the accounts you ship to alot you won't have to keep re-keying. I have also started using the e-mail delivery notification for both companies. I get an e-mail when the package has been signed and who signed for it. That way they can't say they didn't receive it.
