Absolutely bill the lender and the title company. Let them know how this SS does business. Write the BBB and the state attorney general's office to complain. You might also look into having an attorney send them a demand for payment letter via certified mail. The more aggressive actions we take to be paid for service rendered, the less we will be ripped off.
