LuckyDog, I sent you a message. Again, I don't understand your stance. I'm trying to communicate and ask that you keep an open mind. There are points of view that are valid. Your point of view is heard but is drowning out the valid points of view from others. Your stance is loud, very loud, but unclear where it's coming from. We are the notaries. They are the middlemen. In this case, Jennifer has kept more than 50% on two closings while I worked for her. She initially denied it and also paid me late. In the meantime, I called a spade a spade, named the title company, and provided proof of her invoice to title and their proof of payment to her in a timely fashion. |
