TC sent me several emails this morning: 2 of them to login and retrieve package. Another apologizing that it was TC's error as last week was a crazy week and she's resent me the (now) 87 page package. And the last one responding to my email (cc'ing borrower and TC manager) wherein she states it was her mistake, she didn't have whole package when she sent it out and to let her know what works best for all.
So, before attempting to contact borrower again, I decide to access package to be sure all is good. Not there. I call same person who's been emailing me (she's the team lead) and she tells me that borrower wants another notary. Guess she couldn't be bothered to email me that final piece of info. Guess sometimes it doesn't pay to be diligent. ;( Oh well … guess I have a holiday today!
