I never ask for utility bills, etc. to help me feel "satisfied" since we can't use any of those to identify the signer. I would ask if they work for a state/ city or county agency and use their employee ID. Hope they had a military ID or passport with their name spelled correctly. Otherwise, I think it's an issue. Especially if it's someone that has something that could be considered two first names. Can't think of one at the moment though. ha!

In the end, if this ended up in litigation, what will you use to back yourself up on why you took ID this way?
