 Car to car signing
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott on 1/7/21 7:01am

I had a hybrid signing with a VA nurse last night, she thought we could meet at Starbucks but of course all their tables and chairs inside and out are stacked, posted with signs that they are temporarily unavailable. (This is what happens when customer doesn't return your calls to confirm place and time, but we made it work.)

So I pulled up next to her and we passed ID, journal, fingerprinting pad, docs and iPad between our car windows as we were parked next to each other. It worked out fine, except the lighting was of course not optimum. She got a money order for the amount to close at the check cashing place nearby since her checking account is paperless.

Where there's a will, there's a way.
