I agree the only complaints would be from print quality from your toner or drum...never the paper. You must always use a laserjet vs inkjet... Only inkjet for 1 off-page at someone's house. Many times LO's are idiots and do not have a clue. To me, sounds like they know the OP is new and yanking that chain a bit.
