I could be wrong here, but I believe it has to be a person licensed to do daycare thru the state before it can be tax deductible. And if I remember correctly, they have to give you a receipt for payment to prove the daycare was provided.
I feel for you Mike, babysitters or daycare providers are not cheap. It is indeed a business of its own and they do pretty well. I have to give these providers credit and lots of it. I couldnt do it. No patience for spoiled children, lol. |
