How about the San Ysidro Ranch. It was completely destroyed in the Montecito mudslides, but is completely restored now. it is where John and Jacqueline Kennedy spent their honeymoon.
You need reservations for LOTUSLAND, but is a must see when you come to SB. Also in Montecito, quite a tribute to a Romanian self-named princess who loved horticulture.
Brophy Brothers on the water at SB Harbor is great too, and our weather has been phenomenal.
