Nasty, nasty, venomous I'd say. Yes, attorneys are desparate to take a case like this and would suck the Plaintiff dry. His word against yours. Do you have photos of the accident? A spy pen is for audio and you could turn it on and record after the accident. It's a preventative act, something lawyers don't like so they can lie in a brief.
I guess I don't believe Debbie because she's so critical and taking offense to my comment that taking responsibility for your own fall and future strategies. Attorneys are looking for frivolous cases to take people's money. They lie to their clients to get a retainer and then lose the case and you're out of thousands of dollars.
I don't know anything about how homeowner's insurance covers it, but I'd like to say to Debbie, perhaps it would be an intelligent thing to do to seek the advice of an attorney because you apparently lack the maturity to respect people's attempt to be helpful. |
