numerous times. Call their customer service number and they will walk you through the entire set up and you will be happy you spent that 30 min. on the phone.

I just changed service providers and had to do this again, for both my HL-5370DWT and my HL-2270DW, and as in the past, they were most gracious and easy to work with.
