Exactly why I have a two hour drop dead policy......I don't have the Docs two hours BEFORE appointment, well, you know the rest.

Again the call, negotiation and info exchange should only take 18 secs (allowing for 4 secs of idle chit-chat). These people are vicious and don't respect (probably never done it themselves) NSA and our craft. Title companies do, but then again, they have a product to get out.

Airline ticket reservation personnel....nice. Sky waitresses, baggage handlers...rude. Get my point?
