FASS has this habit of sending you a reminder to adhere to there policy. I didn't knowing that I had from Friday until Wed tho confirm with borrower. On Sunday night was put in hospital with pneumonia. Took them 3 emails from me an ŵed to reply. Really disappointed 😰 and very ill in hospital.
